Ugh dude your school’s logic is fucked - same as mine was, to be honest. It’s sad but unfortunately, not shocking or surprising in the slightest.
But know this; the internet does bring people more power. If this guy ever did/does do something like tear your necklace off or attack you in any way, you let the internet know what really happened and people will back you like you wouldn’t believe.
I think that there is a tendency among some people to generalise theists, and maybe some people wouldn’t believe you - but I think enough people would that they could support you if a shitstorm did go down. I don’t care what anyone believes - I care about how they act towards other people and creatures. I’ll be honest - I really dislike Catholicism (though maybe I’m biast) but I would never judge you based on the fact that that is your religion. I judge you based on everything else I know of you - you seem to me to be a kind, decent, thoughtful and intelligent person with a great sense of humour.
It just pisses me off to no end when people judge others based on something like faith/sex/race/sexuality/if they’re freaking vegetarian or not/what kind of music they listen to/etc. Just… stupid, shallow things. skaha;kgjhdjkgh. I don’t even know what I’m saying anymore.

I’m sure that the internet would back me up, but I’d hate to have that much drama on my plate. Not the kind of thing that I’d want to be known for, either.
